Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
By using our services, you agree to these terms. We’ve written them to be clear, fair, and aligned with our mission: building accessible and reliable digital solutions for everyone.
Services offered
Uixsoftware offers web development, design, hosting, maintenance, and digital consulting services. All services are provided under specific agreements (projects, contracts, or quotes) that define scope, timelines, costs, and deliverables.
Intellectual property
All code, design, structure, and content created by Uixsoftware during a project becomes the client’s property once 100% of the service has been paid, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party tools, libraries, frameworks, or components (such as WordPress, Bootstrap, or open-license icons) remain subject to their respective terms of use.
Client responsibilities
To successfully deliver a project, we need:
- Final content (text, images, logos) in digital format and ready to use.
- Access to domains, hosting, or third-party accounts (when necessary).
- Timely responses to reviews and approvals during development.
Delays in these deliveries may affect agreed timelines.
Payments and billing
Payments are made according to the agreed plan (e.g., 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery). We invoice in CUP or USD, as agreed.
If a payment is not made within 15 days of its due date, we may suspend access to active services (such as hosting or support) until the account is settled.
Support and maintenance
Technical support includes bug fixes and minor updates for 30 days after project delivery.
To ensure long-term stability, we offer monthly maintenance plans that include backups, security updates, and priority assistance.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to deliver stable, secure, and functional products. However, we are not liable for:
- Loss of income, data, or reputation resulting from the use of our services.
- Issues caused by unauthorized modifications made by third parties after delivery.
- Failures in external servers, hosting providers, or third-party services beyond our control.
Changes and termination
We may occasionally update these terms. The current version will always be available on this page.
Both you and we may terminate the relationship at any time with reasonable prior notice. In such cases, services already rendered will be billed accordingly.
